Helga and I worked on the same regional operations team for 3 years while at Novozymes, where she was always ready to lead projects involving new data processes, technologies and challenges. Helga helped guide and support my transition into the role as Environmental Specialist for an ISO14001 company. She dedicated time away from her new role in Sustainability to provide the technical expertise and knowledge required to effectively manage local EMS, regulatory environmental compliance, and internal sustainability goals.
